1. Basic Terms & Acceptance
Bear with us, brides, this policy page isn’t nearly as exciting as finding the perfect, farm-fresh, wholesale wedding flowers, but we need to share it with you to avoid confusion. We suggest you read through it, as it does serve as a binding contract. Let us know if you have any questions!.
2. Your Privacy
We may ask for your personal information to fulfill orders and assist customers. We know this information is important to you, and it’s important to us too. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used and is also part of our Terms of Service. Please read that too.
3. Right to Refuse Service
FiftyFlowers reserves the right to refuse service to anybody at any time.
4. Changes to Your Order
If you want to change your flower order, please contact us at least seven days before your first scheduled delivery date. We might be unable to change an order without sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery address, and it’s not guaranteed.
5.Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel your flower order altogether, you must do so at least eight business days before your first scheduled delivery date. We will not accept cancellations within seven business days of a scheduled delivery date. There is a 25% surcharge for all canceled orders. To cancel an order, you can email orders@fiftyflowers.com with the subject: CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number). In the body of the email, include what you want to cancel. You can also call our Customer Service team at 1-877-507-6737. Either way, we will need to speak with the person who placed the order to confirm the cancelation.
6.Price Accuracy and Terms of Sale
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
